Notice
One day fees are under consideration. They depend on the Social program
included. For detailed information contact the Organizing Committee.
The fees do NOT include any kind
of insurance.
REMITTANCE OF FEES
Participants are expected to pay their registration fees
via a bank transfer or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American
Express).
The Organizing Committee would prefer to receive the
Registration Fee as a “SWIFT” payment. The sum should be transferred:

It is possible to pay the Registration Fee in cash at the
Registration Desk against a receipt. It is, however, necessary to inform
Organizing Committee in advance.
CANCELLATION
In
the event of cancellation of the participation, a full refund of the
fees paid (less both the administrative bank tax and the accommodation
cancellation fee) will be made provided the Organizing Committee
receives notification before May 10, 2006. It will be possible to
return only 50% of the fees paid if cancellation is received after
May 11, 2006 but before June 1, 2006. Refunds will not be
issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2006. In any
case, please inform the Organizing Committee where to return the payment
(bank, address, and account No.).
